^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射计算机断层摄影对胰腺癌的诊断价值

Cinical value of ^(18)F-fluorodeoxy-glucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography imaging in pancreatic cancer

摘要 目的分析18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)正电子发射计算机断层摄影(PET-CT)显像对胰腺癌的诊断价值及临床应用。方法选择2011年4月至2013年12月间沈阳军区总医院核医学科收治的18F-FDG PET-CT显像的胰腺肿物患者96例,结合手术病理及其他临床结果,评估18F-FDG PET-CT对胰腺病变定性诊断的准确率、灵敏度及特异度。结果 96例胰腺病变患者中,胰腺恶性肿瘤63例,良性病变33例。18F-FDG PET-CT显像对胰腺癌诊断的准确率、灵敏度、特异度分别为89.6%、90.8%和87.1%,阳性似然比和阴性似然比分别为7.04和0.11。结论18F-FDG PET-CT显像对胰腺癌诊断具有较高的临床诊断价值。 Objective To analyze the value of 18F-fluorodeoxy-glucose(18F-FDG) positron emission tomography-computed tomography( PET / CT) in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods 96 patients with pancreatic tumors using18F-FDG PET / CT imaging were enrolled in the study. The pathologies were used as the"gold standard". The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood ratio and negative liklihood ratio were analyzed. Results Among the 96 patients,63 patients were vertified pancreatic cancer. The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood ratio and negative liklihood ratio of the18F-FDG PET / CT were 89. 6%,90. 8%,87. 1% and 7. 04,0. 11,respectively. Conclusion18F-FDG PET / CT imaging is more valuable in diagnosing the pancreatic tumors.
