综合护理干预对晚期消化道肿瘤患者的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with advanced digestive tract tumor

目的探讨综合护理干预对晚期消化道肿瘤患者的影响。方法选取陕西中医学院第二附属医院脾胃肾病科2012年12月至2014年12月间诊治的110例晚期消化道肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。研究组患者实施常规护理+综合护理干预,对照组患者行常规护理。对比两组患者的护理干预效果。结果两组患者的并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组患者的饮食、精神状态、睡眠质量、疼痛感知、对疾病的认知度及日常生活能力的评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论有效的综合护理干预能够显著改善晚期消化道肿瘤患者的生活质量,增强临床治疗效果,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods From December 2012 to December 2014,110 cases with advanced gastrointestinal cancer in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected and were randomly divided into study group and control group according to random number table,with 55 cases in each group. The study group received routine nursing care and comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group underwent routine nursing care. Comprehensive nursing intervention including psychological nursing,diet nursing,complication nursing and health care. Effect of nursing intervention in two groups were compared. Results Complications in the two groups had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. After nursing,patient＇s diet,mental state,sleep quality,pain perception,awareness of the disease and the ability of daily living score in study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life,enhance the clinical treatment effect of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients. It is worthy of further promotion and application.
