抑郁症已成为21世纪危害人类健康的主要疾病之一。近年来，国内外对抑郁症的非药物治疗进行了许多研究，而推拿则为非药物治疗中的一个重点研究项目。本文将对国内外研究推拿治疗抑郁症的文献进行对比，并对国内的推拿研究现况提出一些浅见。

Depression has become one of the main diseases which endanger human＇s health in 21st century. In recent years, there are many domestic and foreign studies of non-drug therapy for depression, while massage is a key research project in non-drug therapies. This article would compare the domestic and foreign literatures about the studies of massage for depression, and put forward some views on the current situation of domestic studies on massage.
