穴位埋线疗法配合聚精生子汤治疗男性精子畸形61例的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Catgut Implantation Therapy Combined with Jujing Shengzi Decoction for 61 cases of Sperm Deformity

目的：观察穴位埋线疗法配合聚精生子汤治疗男性精子畸形的疗效。方法：将120例男性不育症精子畸形患者随机分为治疗组（61例）和对照组（59例），治疗组给予穴位埋线疗法配合聚精生子汤（菟丝子、枸杞子、覆盆子等）治疗，对照组则服用五子衍宗丸（菟丝子、枸杞子、覆盆子、车前子、五味子），均以4周为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后评定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.80%，显著高于对照组的79.66%（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位埋线疗法配合聚精生子汤治疗男性精子畸形疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of catgut implantation therapy combined with Jujing Shengzi decoction for sperm deformity. Methods：120 cases of patients with sperm deformity were randomly divided into treatment group （61 cases） and control group （59 cases）, the treatment group treated by catgut implantation therapy combined with Jujing Shengzi decoction （Semen Cuscutae, medlar, fructus rubi, etc）, while control group treat-ed by orally taking Wuzi Yanzong pills （Semen Cuscutae, medlar, fructus rubi, plantago seed, schisandra chinensis）, 4 weeks as a course of treatment, and evaluated the efficacy after 3 courses of treatment. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.80%, which was higher than 79.66%that of control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of catgut implantation therapy combined with Jujing Shengzi decoction has signifi-cant curative effect on sperm deformity.
