康复护理对高龄髋关节骨折患者术后功能恢复的应用效果研究

Application Effect Study of Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Functional Recovery of Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的：探讨康复护理对高龄髋关节骨折术后患者功能恢复的效果。方法：60例高龄髋关节骨折术后患者随机分为实验组及对照组各30例，实验组术后第1天起行康复护理，对照组术后1周开始常规护理，比较两组效果。结果：治疗2周后实验组局部疼痛程度及并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05），关节活动度明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）；术后6个月实验组Harris评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：高龄髋关节骨折术后早期康复护理利于患者术后功能恢复，减少并发症，提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the functional recovery of aged postoperative patients with hip fracture. Meth-ods：60 cases of aged postoperative patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with each of 30 cas-es, after the first day of surgery experimental group adopted rehabilitation nursing, control group after a week of surgery started routine nursing, to compare the effect of two groups. Results：After treatment of 2 weeks the local pain degree and complication rate of experimental group were signifi-cantly lower than those of control group （P＆lt;0.05）, and joint range of motion in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group （P＆lt;0.01）;after operation of 6 months Harris score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion：Early rehabilitation nursing for aged postoperative patients with hip fracture is beneficial to postoperative functional recovery, reduce complications and improve patient＆#39;s living quality.
