浅析心理契约与思想政治教育方法契合的现实逻辑

思想政治教育方法在学校教学领域应用广泛,其具体的操作方法也在实际教学活动中经常使用,思想政治教育方法中比较常用的灌输教学法,在实际教学中应用更是普遍,然而,随着时代发展,传统的教学模式受到挑战,传统的思想政治教育方法也应该随着时代的发展而增加新的内容。笔者借鉴管理心理学中较新的理论观点心理契约理论来丰富思想政治教育方法,实际上,心理契约存在于各类管理活动中,这其中也包括思想政治教育活动。

Ideological and political education method is widely used in school teaching, its specific operation method is often used in the actual teaching activities, the ideological and political education methods which are frequently used in infusion teaching method, is widely used in the practical teaching, however, with the development of era, challenged the traditional teaching mode, the traditional methods of ideological and political education should also be adding new con- tent with the development of The Times. We employ a new theory in management psychology point of view of psychological contract theory to enrich the ideological and political education method, in fact, psychological contract exist in all kinds of management activities, including the ideological and political education activities.
