视网膜钙黏蛋白在中枢神经系统发育中的作用研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 钙黏蛋白通过介导神经系统中细胞间黏附,影响神经细胞的分选、迁移和定位以及轴突的生长和路径选择,在中枢神经系统发育中扮演重要角色。视网膜钙黏蛋白因最早在视网膜中被发现而命名,其隶属于经典钙黏蛋白家族中的I型钙黏蛋白,与其他家族成员相比,视网膜钙黏蛋白在中枢神经系统发育过程中的功能,如神经元定位调控、轴突路径选择及突触连接等在国内外尚缺乏较深入的研究。因此,本研究就视网膜钙黏蛋白的结构及其在中枢神经系统中的作用作一综述,以期为研究与之相关的人类神经性疾病提供理论依据。
