胃癌组织中分化抑制蛋白Id1的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨分化抑制蛋白Id1在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测88例胃癌组织和85例癌旁组织中Id1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与各临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 Id1在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率(63.6%)显著高于癌旁组织(18.9%)(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中Id1的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期、肿瘤大体类型以及浸润深度有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径及分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论 Id1蛋白在胃癌组织中呈异常高表达,可能与胃癌的发生、发展及浸润转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of differential inhibition protein Id1 in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of Id1 protein was examined in gastric carcinoma tissues( n = 88) and para-cancerous tissues( n =85) with immunohistochemical technique. And the correlation of Id1 expression with clinical pathologic features in gastric carcinoma tissues was analyzed. Results The positive rate of Id1 in carcinoma tissues was 63. 6%,which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous samples( 18. 9%)( P〈0. 01). The expression of Id1 in gastric carcinoma was associated with lymph node metastasis,clinical stages,gross type and depth of tumor infiltration( P〈0. 05),but it was not associated with sex,age,size of tumor and degree of differentiation( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Over-expression of Id1 protein may has synergistic effect on the the tumor genesis,invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
