基质金属蛋白酶2在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达

Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例食管鳞状细胞癌组织和正常食管组织中MMP-2的表达,并分析MMP-2的表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果食管鳞状细胞癌和正常食管组织中MMP-2的阳性表达率分别为58.3%(35/60)和10.0%(6/60),食管鳞状细胞癌组织中MMP-2阳性表达率显著高于正常食管组织(P<0.01)。MMP-2表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、原发肿瘤局部淋巴结远处转移分期有关(P<0.01),而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大体分型、肿瘤大小及分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-2可能在食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,MMP-2表达的检测对食管鳞状细胞癌的早期诊断、预后判断有重要参考价值。

Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2（ MMP-2） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ ESCC） and the relationship between MMP-2 expression and clinical pathological features. Methods The expression of MMP-2in sixty ESCC tissues and normal esophageal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method. Then the relationship between MMP-2 expression and clinical pathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-2 in ESCC tissue and normal esophageal tissue was 58. 3%（ 35 /60） and 10. 0%（ 6 /60） respectively,the positive expression rate of MMP-2 in ESCC tissue was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal tissue（ P〈0. 01）. MMP-2 expression was related to tumor invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and tumor node metastasis staging（ P〈0. 01）. MMP-2 expression was not related to age,gender,general classification,tumor size and differentiation degree（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion MMP-2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of ESCC. The detection of MMP-2 expression has important value for early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of ESCC.
