成人正畸患者人格特征与医患关系相关性分析

Correlation analysis between personality traits of adult orthodontic patient and doctor-patient relationship

目的分析成人正畸患者人格特征与医患关系的相关性。方法抽取成人患者145例,年龄28∽57岁,采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版（EPQ-RSC）对其人格状况进行评估,请患者的主治医生对医患关系的状况进行评估,进而分析不同人格特征与医患关系的相关性。结果在医患关系保持方面,艾森克人格内外倾向型和中间型患者在医患关系保持方面的差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.848,P=0.637）,情绪不稳定、稳定和中间型患者的差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.680,P=0.423）,精神质高、精神质低和中间型患者的差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.230,P=0.007）,且精神质高倾向患者比精神质低倾向患者和中间型患者更易产生医患矛盾。结论在临床治疗过程中,医生应对精神质高倾向患者加以注意,避免医患纠纷的产生。

Objective To analyze the possible correlation between the personality traits of adult orthodontic patients and doctor-patient relationship in order to improve adult orthodontic service and avoid medical dispute. Methods A total of 145 cases of adult patients（aged from 28 to 57） were randomly chosed and assessed by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised, short Scale for Chinese（EPQ-RSC）. Attending dentists of these patients were asked to evaluate their doctor-patient relationship to analyze correlation between the different personality characteristics and the doctor-patient relationship. Results The intro-extroversion and intermediate type personality didn＇t have significant difference on doctorpatient relationship（χ2= 0. 848. P = 0. 637）. Emotional unstable, stable personality and intermediate type personality didn＇t have significant difference on doctor-patient relationship（χ2= 1. 680, P = 0. 423）. The high psychotic patients,low psychotic patients and intermediate type patients had significant difference on doctor-patient relationship（χ2=10. 230, P = 0. 007）. Patients with high psychoticism were more likely to produce doctor-patient contradiction compared to other types. Conclusion In the process of clinical reception, the doctors should pay special attention to high psychotic patients for avoiding medical disputes.
