摘要
进入新世纪以后,城市化进程不断加快。山西省作为以煤炭为主的资源型地区,煤炭、钢铁和电力冶金等企业迎来发展高峰,在享受经济繁荣改善人们物质条件的同时,各种工业固体废弃物也随之产生,并不断增加,严重影响了人们的生活。根据山西省的实际情况,文章重点以煤矸石、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏和钢铁冶炼渣及其管理为研究对象,提供了山西省2011—2014上半年的工业固废产生量、堆存量和利用量,分析指出目前山西省工业固废综合利用现状以及管理中存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的建议。
In the 21 st century, Shanxi, as a resources-oriented province, has entered a period of rapid development in heavy industry like coal, steel and electricity, while industrial solid wastes are becoming more and more and affect people's living seriously. This paper makes an analysis on their quantity and the condition of their usage,points out the problems in their management and comes up with some concerned suggestions like extended producer responsibility, quickening technical development and so on.
