摘要
调查结果表明,群体师范毕业生整体从教意向较低,这是我国师范教育中未被明确意识到的问题。虽然性别、专业、家庭收入、父亲职业和家庭居住地均对从教意向的形成有明显影响,教师职业的经济待遇却对师范毕业生从部意向却没有明显影响。在其他条件相等情况下,男性毕业生从教意向高于女性,理工科毕业生从教意向高于文科。家庭收入较低、居住在农村和乡镇、父亲是专业技术人员的毕业生更有可能选择教师职业。从本研究结果出发,提高师范毕业生从教意向应首先考虑以下建议:招生时优先招收那些将来有可能形成较强从教意向的考生和完善当前的师范教育模式以充分挖掘其从教意向的培养功能。
Based on questionnaire survey,the result shows that:the intention to become teacher(IBT)of graduates majoring in teacher education is very low on the whole.The IBT of male graduates is higher than that of female ones and the IBT of graduate majoring in sciences and engineering is higher than that of ones in human and social sciences.The family income,domicile and father profession have significant influence on IBT.Generally,the graduates from lower income,countryside and professional family have higher intention to be a teacher.It is necessary to raise the IBT of teacher education graduate by recruiting student whose IBT is formed easily and by reforming current teacher education system to strengthen student's professional intention.
