摘要
教学是高校教师学术工作的重要组成部分,是一种专门的学术。本研究从教学知识、教学实践和评价制度三个维度编制教学学术调查问卷,并对4所浙江省属本科高校教师实施随机调查,结果发现当前我国地方高校教学尚未达到教学学术水平:教师教学知识结构失衡,教育理论水平不高;教学实践保守封闭,教学交流较少;学术评价机制失范,科研导向突显。对此提出相应对策与建议:改革宏观管理体制,营造教学学术氛围;加强高校内部制度建设,提升教学学术地位;开展研究性课堂教学,满足师生发展需要。
Teaching,as an important part of academic activities of university teachers,is a special scholarship.The project team develops a questionnaire for scholarship of teaching(SoT)encompassing three dimensions:teaching knowledge,teaching practice and evaluation system,and conducts a random survey at 4local universities in Zhejiang.The findings indicate that teachers exhibit a low level of SoT:teachers' knowledge structure is unbalanced,educational theoretical level is not high;teaching practice is conservative,teaching communication is less;academic evaluation mechanism is anomic,which highlights research-oriented.So,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given:reforming macro-management system to create SoT atmosphere;strengthen school system construction to improve SoT status;practicing class teaching with research to meet needs of development of teachers and students.
