摘要
目的编制我国中学校长职业幸福感量表并检验信度和效度,为我国中学校长职业幸福感测量提供有效工具。方法通过理论分析、文献总结、开放问卷、个人访谈和专家咨询,构建包含79条项目的初始量表,抽取190名中学正校长开展问卷调查,对量表进行试测,运用t检验、相关分析和因子分析等多种统计方法进行项目分析和信效度评价。结果形成一份包含64条项目的正式量表,包含职业满意感量表、职业成就感量表和内心满足感量表三个分量表。再次抽取全国406名中学正校长进行问卷调查,验证量表,总量表和三个分量表的分半系数分别为:0.980,0.887,0.970,0.933,Cronbachα系数分别为:0.939,0.808,0.925,0.879;量表具有较好的内容效度,探索性因子分析结果与理论构想基本一致。结论 "我国中学校长职业幸福感量表"具有比较可靠的信度和效度,可作为我国中学校长职业幸福感的测评工具。
Objective:To develop the Occupational Well-being Scale for Chinese Secondary School Principals and test its reliability and validity.Method:A scale made up of 79 items was produced after theoretical framework,papers conclusion,open questionnaire,personal interview and experts consultation,a total of 190 Secondary School Principals were surveyed by the scale,and then t-test,Pearson correlation coefficient analysis,factor analysis and other statistical methods were used to screen the items and evaluate its reliability and validity.Results:The Occupational Well-being for Chinese Secondary School Principals was finally made up of 64 items,and composed of 3 sub-scales:Occupational Satisfaction Scale,Occupational Achievement Scale and Inner Satisfaction Scale.A total of 406 Secondary School Principals were surveyed by the scale again.The Spearman-Brown Split-half coefficients of the scale and sub-scales were 0.980 and 0.887,0.970,0.993 respectively,and the Cronbach'sɑcoefficient of the scale and 3 sub-scales were 0.939 and 0.808,0.925,0.879 respectively.The results of exploratory factor analysis fundamentally coincided with theoretical thoughts.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of the Occupational Well-being Scale for Chinese Secondary School Principals are credible.It is consistent with the evaluation standard of psychometric and could be used to estimate the Occupational Well-being of Chinese Secondary School Principals.
