地方政府人才资助项目评估工作的问题与思考——以上海高校“教师专业发展工程”评估为例

Difficulties to Evaluate the Local Government Sponsored Talents Program and Its Implication:Take Shanghai Faculty Professional Development Program as Example

教师作为衡量高校教育质量好坏的重要指标,教育主管部门越来越重视高校师资队伍的建设,推行了一系列人才资助项目,以助推师资队伍专业发展。本文选取上海高校"教师专业发展工程"人才资助评估项目作为研究对象,从评估主体、评估方法和评估标准三方面分析地方政府人才资助项目评估工作存在的问题,分析根本原因,为进一步提高教育人才类评估提供借鉴。

Faculty is an important factor for the quality of education.The educational administration has paid more attention on faculty professional development;therefore they started a series of sponsored program for talents.This paper take Shanghai Faculty Professional Development Program as research subject,analyzed the current difficulties to evaluate the local government sponsored talents program from the evaluation subject,methods and standards,in order to improve the quality of educational program evaluation.
