摘要
情感是人类心理活动的重要组成部分,而教师的教学活动又是一种情感实践。重视和开发教师的情感资源,有益于提高教师素质,提升教育质量,深化教育改革。通过对国外教师情感研究发展脉络、研究现状与趋势进行分析与述评,为我国教师情感研究和实践提供有益的借鉴。
As we all know,emotion is an important part of human psychology,and the teaching activity is a kind of emotional practice.Developing teachers' emotional resources will benefit to improve the quality of education and teacher's capacity,this will good for the education reform.This paper analyzes the development and trend of the foreign study of teachers' emotion,as well as provides beneficial reference for the study and practice for teachers' emotion in China.
