摘要
利用ADAMS/CAR建立空气弹簧城市客车多体动力学模型,研究车速和随机路面对客车平顺性的影响.采用Behnken盒式正交试验设计方法,对悬架参数进行灵敏度分析及优化,进而提升平顺性.研究表明:前悬弹簧刚度和前后悬减震器阻尼对平顺性影响较显著;当前悬弹簧刚度、减震器阻尼降低,以及后悬减震器阻尼增加时,整车平顺性得到较明显的提升.
A multi-body dynamic model of a city bus with an air spring was established using ADAMS/CAR,to investigate the effect of speed and random road on the ride comfort.An orthogonal experiment method of Behnken box was used to conduct sensitivity analysis and optimization on the suspension parameters,hence the ride comfort could be improved.The results show that front spring stiffness,front and rear suspension shock absorber damping have significant effects on ride comfort;besides,the performance of ride comport rises obviously while front spring stiffness or absorber damping reduces and rear absorber damping increases.
