摘要
分析影响猪肉在冷链过程中出现安全隐患的因素,整合供应链上的追溯信息和监测信息,提出一种猪肉冷链物流的预警方案.采用BP神经网络技术搭建安全预警模型,对模型进行训练和预测,并采用遗传算法对该模型参数进行优化改进.仿真结果表明:该模型可以有效提高猪肉在冷链物流中风险预警的准确性.
In this paper,an early-warning scheme of pork products in the cold-chain logistics supply chain is proposed based on the analyzing the security factors of pork which appeared in the process of the cold-chain,and summarizing the tracing and monitoring information throughout the supply chain.We build a security warning model by using the BP neural network and further to train and predict the model,and use genetic algorithm to optimize and improve the parameters of the model.The simulation results show that this model can effectively increase the accuracy of the hazards warning of the pork in cold-chain logistics.
