朴素式创新范式及其对经济新常态下中国创新者的启示

Frugal Innovation Paradigm and its Enlightenment for Chinese Innovators under the New Normal Chinese Economy

朴素式创新范式以低成本、对低收入群体提供"适用技术"为核心理念。中国经济新常态下,倡导大众创业、万众创新,以创新驱动经济发展,创新越来越呈现出资源节约、环境友好、多主体参与、具有社会责任感等特征和趋势。新形势下,需要有适切度高的创新理念提供指导,朴素式创新范式的思想理念与中国经济新常态下的阶段性发展特征具有较高契合度,为中国创新者提供了重要参照与启示。结合朴素式创新特性与中国经济现状,从战略、组织和文化层面分析了朴素式创新范式在中国经济新常态背景下的实施路径。

Based on the core philosophies of minimizing cost and providing appropriate technology for customers at the bottom of the Pyramids（BOP）,in the Chinese New Normal economy,Chinese government encourages people to do business creatively and drive innovation.Innovation increasingly presents characteristics of resource saving,eco-friendly,multisubject participation and being responsible.Under the new circumstances,a suitable and appropriate innovative methodology is necessary for Chinese innovators.It is found that,frugal innovation paradigm is in highly correspondence with the features of Chinese stage development under the ＂ New Normal＂ economy,so,this study tries to elaborate on the enlightenments and references drawing from this paradigm.Combining the characteristics of frugal innovation with current situation of China,this study analyzes the operation trajectory under the New Normal economic background from perspectives of strategy,organization and culture.
