A Study on the Impact of Technological Proximity on Enterprise's Innovation Performance:Based on the View of Absorptive Capability

摘要运用泊松回归方法构建交互效应模型,研究企业吸收能力、技术接近度对创新绩效的影响及吸收能力对技术接近度的调节作用,旨在探索不同吸收能力企业应选择的联盟策略。结果表明,企业吸收能力、技术接近度与企业创新绩效之间存在倒U型关系;吸收能力与技术接近度之间存在互补关系,即吸收能力能减弱技术接近度对创新绩效的影响。因此,当企业吸收能力较强时,应选择与其技术接近度高的企业进行合作;当企业吸收能力较弱时,应选择与其技术接近度低的企业进行合作。 This paper uses Poisson Regression method to build an interaction effect model,study the impact of enterprise＇s absorptive capability,technological proximity to innovation performance;analyze the moderating effects of absorptive capability on the technological proximity;and is aiming at discussing alliance strategies enterprise with different absorptive capability should choose.The result shows that：the absorptive capability,technological proximity have an inverted Ushaped relationship with firm＇s innovation;absorptive capability has an complementary effect on technological proximity,in other words it can delay the coming of the threshold value of technological proximity to diminish its impact on innovation performance.So enterprise with high absorptive capability should build cooperation relationship with enterprises which have high technological proximity in order to increase its innovation,while enterprise with low absorptive capability should build cooperation relationship with enterprises which have low technological proximity.
