《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》明确提出"引导一批普通本科高等学校向应用技术类型高等学校转型,重点举办本科职业教育",地方本科院校转型已不可避免。探索地方本科院校存在的问题,研究地方本科院校向应用技术型大学转型具有的意义,并在此基础上从高校、政府及社会层面提出对策建议,试图为地方本科院校转型发展提供有益借鉴。

The state councilg decision on accelerating the development of modern vocational educa- tion puts forward ＂Lead a group of Local undergraduate colleges to applied technology university, and focus on undergraduate professional education. ＂ And therefore, local undergraduate colleges＇transfor- mation is inevitable. The paper explores the problems existing in the Local undergraduate colleges, studies the significance of the local undergraduate colleges＂ transformation to the applied technology uni- versity, and accordingly, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. And it attempts to provide beneficial reference for local undergraduate colleges＂ transformation development.
