摘要
目前土建类专业顶岗实习多数为分散实习,校内指导教师对学生的实习不能全程跟踪和指导,校企联合是提高顶岗实习效率的有效途径。依托杨凌职业技术学院校企合作理事会和陕建建筑学院校企合作平台,遵循校企双重考核等原则,参照高职教育教学要求、建筑行业工作岗位要求、建筑企业员工考核要求,将企业考核指标及考核标准纳入《顶岗实习》课程考核之中,制定出高职建筑工程技术专业《顶岗实习》课程考核标准,经在杨凌职业技术学院建筑工程技术专业陕建班及五建一班订单班实践,效果良好。
The assessment criteria of Post Practice decide the management, conduction and imple- mentation of students" post practice. Currently most construction related post practice is scattered prac- tice, which means teachers are unable to follow and guide students during practice. The solution to the inefficient practice is enterprise - college cooperation. Yangling Vocational and Technical College to- gether with Shaanxi Construction Corporation provides such a platform. Based on the platform and refer- ring to the college and enterprise~ double assessment criteria, higher vocational teaching requirements, construction position requirements and building enterprise employee evaluation standard, the Construction Department in Yangling Vocational and Technical College integrates enterprise assessment index and criteria with the assessment of Post Practice, and works out the Post Practice assessment criteria for higher vocational construction engineering specialty. The test on Shaanjian ordered class and Wujian ordered class 1 showed a good result.
