不同针灸方法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果比较

Comparison of the Therapeutic Effect of Different Acupuncture Methods on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:比较研究两种不同针灸疗法(整体疗法、局部疗法)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效差别,指导优化临床治疗方案。方法:选取在深圳市第二人民医院就诊的糖尿病周围神经病变患者76例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别接受整体疗法和局部疗法两种针灸方法进行治疗,监测两组患者治疗前后双侧肢体的正中神经、尺神经、腓神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)以及感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)变化,分析比较其临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗前后神经传导速度改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组临床治疗总有效率为89.7%,明显高于对照组的64.9%(P<0.05)。结论:应用针灸疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变时,整体疗法优于局部疗法。

Objective： To study the difference of the therapeutic effect of two acupuncture therapies（overall therapy and local therapy） on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, so as to guide the optimization of treatment plan. Methods： The76 patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis, from Shenzhen Second People＇s Hospital, were selected and divided into two treatment and control groups, in which, patients were treated by overall therapy and local therapy respectively. The patients in different groups were respectively treated with overall therapy and local therapy. After treated for a certain time, the changes of motor nerve conduction velocity（MNCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity（SNCV） of the median nerve, ulnar nerve, peroneal nerve in bilateral limbs of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were observed. Meanwhile, the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results： The improvement of nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The clinical total efficiency of the treatment group was 89.74%, which was significantly superior to 64.86% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Overall acupuncture therapy can provide better effect than the local therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
