消渴通痹方治疗气阴两虚夹瘀证糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy of Deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood Stasis Syndrome by Xiaoke Tongbi Decoction(消渴通痹方) : A Clinical Observation

目的:观察消渴通痹方治疗气阴两虚夹瘀证糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将122例本病患者随机分为治疗组64例与对照组58例。对照组口服弥可保片,治疗组在对照组基础上加用消渴通痹方治疗,两组疗程均为12周。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效、中医证候、体征、神经传导速度的变化。结果:治疗12周后两组中医证候积分、体征积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)、神经传导速度较治疗前增快(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组较对照组在中医证候、体征、神经传导速度的改善程度上更显著(P<0.01),临床疗效总有效率治疗组为85.9%,对照组为62.1%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间未发现患者出现明显的副作用。结论:消渴通痹方能改善气阴两虚夹瘀证糖尿病周围神经病变患者的症状及体征,提高神经传导速度。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoke Tongbi Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood Stasis Syndrome. Methods： The 122 patients were randomly divided into two groups,64 cases in the treatment group and 58 cases in the control group. Patients were given Mecobalamin Tablets in control group,and Xiaoke Tongbi Decoction plus the treatment of control group in treatment group. Two groups were treated for 12 weeks, and the clinical curative effect, Changes of TCM syndromes, signs and nerve conduction velocity were observed. Results： After 12 weeks of treatment, the TCM syndrome integral and the score of symptoms significantly were reduced（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） in two groups; and the nerve conduction velocity was improvied（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） in two groups. The treatment group showed better improvement than control group on the degree of TCM syndromes, signs and nerve conduction velocity（P〈0.01）; The total effective rate of clinical effect was 85.9% in treatment group, and 62.1% in the control group, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. During the treatment, there was found no apparent side effects in patients. Conclusion： Xiaoke Tongbi Decoction can obviously improve the symptoms and signs in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and improve nerve conduction velocity, with no obvious adverse reaction.
