Analysis on the Violation of the Cooperative Principle in Clinical Conversation

以妇科医患对话为语料,从格赖斯合作原则的角度解析临床对话中医患双方违背合作原则的现象,分析其原因和相关的影响,从而探讨构建良好医患关系的途径。认为医患关系日益成为社会热点关注问题,而医患之间的沟通在两者关系的建立中起着举足轻重的作用。

In this paper, outpatient clinic conversations in Gynecology department, especially the cases with violation of the Cooperative Principle, are analyzed from the perspective of Grice＇s Cooperative Principle to analyze the cause and influence, in order to find better ways to build good relationship between doctors and patients. Medical disputes have become a hot topic in this society and have drawn lots of attention of the public. The communication between the patients and the doctors is of great significance in the relationship between the two sides.
