活血荣络片治疗阴虚血瘀型阿尔兹海默病的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Huoxue Rongluo Tablet in Treating Alzheimer's Disease with the Pattern of Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的:观察活血荣络片治疗阿尔兹海默病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照法,将60例阿尔兹海默病患者分为治疗组、对照组,对照组予盐酸多奈哌齐片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服活血荣络片,两组均进行8周的治疗,通过观察治疗前后中医症候积分及痴呆相关指标变化来评价疗效。结果:两组治疗后痴呆均较前改善,治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为60.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组MMSE积分、Barthel指数积分的改善均较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:活血荣络片治疗阴虚血瘀型阿尔兹海默病有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the effects of Huoxue Rongluo tablet on alzheimer＇s disease. Method： With randomized controlled method, the 60 patients with alzheimer＇s disease were divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with donepezil HCL tablets, while the treatment group was given huoxue Rongluo tablet besides the control group. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks, and the curative effects were evaluated through symptom integral and dementia symptoms integral related indicators. Results： The dementia symptom of two groups both improved after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, and the control group was 60.0%, the treatment group is higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. The MMSE score and Barthel index score of the treatment group improved after treatment,and the treatment group is better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Rongluo tablet has good effect on alzheimer＇s disease with Yin deficiency and blood stasis type.
