归芍地黄汤联合溴隐亭治疗抗精神药物所致的药源性闭经的疗效及安全性研究

The Clinical Effect and Safety of Guishao Dihuang Tang combined with Bromocriptine on Antipsychotic Drug-induced Amenorrhoea

目的:探讨归芍地黄汤联合溴隐亭治疗抗精神药物所致的药源性闭经的临床效果。方法:选择86例抗精神药物所致的药源性闭经患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均予溴隐亭口服,治疗组在此基础上,给予口服归芍地黄汤,以两周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察记录两组患者月经情况,比较分析两组患者治疗前后内分泌指标变化及治疗期间出现的不良反应,并对患者随访半年,了解停药后复发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.0%,对照组为72.1%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组PRL指标治疗后均出现显著降低(P<0.05),而LH和E2指标均出现显著升高(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后PRL指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而LH和E2指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在复发率随访调查中,治疗组复发率为4.3%,显著低于对照组复发率18.8%(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论:归芍地黄汤联合溴隐亭治疗抗精神药物所致的药源性闭经,能够协同发挥治疗作用,明显提高疗效,改善患者临床症状和血清内分泌水平,安全有效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Guishao Dihuang Tang combined with bromocriptine on antipsychotic drug-induced amenorrhoea. Method： The 82 patients with antipsychotic drug-induced amenorrhoea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were given bromocriptine, and the treatment group was given Guishao Dihuang Tang besides. After treatment of 3 consecutive period of treatment with 2 week for a period of treatment, the menstrual status, endocrine changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（72.1%）（ P0.05）. After treatment, the PRL levels of the two groups significantly decreased（P0.05）, while LH and E2 indexes were increased（P0.05）.In the comparison of the two groups after treatment, the PRL level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）, while LH and E2 indexes were significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. In recurrence the follow-up survey, the recurrence rate of the research group was 4.3%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group（18.8%）（P0.05）. There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion： The application of Gui-shao Di-huang Tang combined with bromocriptine can play a role in treating antipsychotic drug-induced amenorrhoea, can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and serum hormone levels, and it is safe and reliable.
