摘要 从摩擦理论中的粘着磨损角度出发,通过推导弓网摩擦副的磨损计算公式,分析了弓网摩擦副对受电弓磨耗的影响因素,继而从磨耗及磨耗均匀性角度对国内采用的2种折线布置的优缺点进行了分析,从而提出了平面布置的优化建议,对刚性悬挂平面布置选型及认识有一定的指导作用。 From the point of adhesive wear in friction theory, on basis of deriving the wear calculation formula for pantograph-catenary friction pair, the paper analyzes the influence factors on pantograph wear due to pantograph-catenary wear pair. Moreover, from the point of view of wear and wear uniformity, it analyses advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of line layouts adopted in China, thus puts forward the optimized proposals, which have certain guidance for type selection and knowledge of rigid suspension plane layout.
