摘要
拉深薄壁件刚性差,易变形,其余量加工相当困难。为了解决传统工艺存在的效率低、加工质量差、后处理工序多的问题,提出了一种利用冷冻液做支撑、夹持,进行高速铣削的新工艺。制作了一套无痕自动装夹系统,进行了相关的设计计算,并从金属切削理论角度分析了高速铣削的必要性。试验结果证明了此工艺的可行性。
Because of poor rigidity, easily deformed property, margin processing of drawing thin-walled workpiecehave is quite difficult. In order to solve the problem of the traditional process that exists low efficiency, poor processing quality, a new technology of high speed milling is put forward,which make use of frpzen liquid do support. Making an automatic clamping system,we do some theoretical calculations, and from the metal cutting theory perspective analyze the necessity of the high speed milling. Experiments results show that the technology is feasible.
