三拗片联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗急性支气管炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of San'ao Tablets combined with Eucalyptol Linonene Pinene Enteric Soft Capsule in treatment of acute bronchitis

目的观察三拗片联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将118例急性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各59例。对照组患者予桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊,0.3 g/次,3次/d,餐前0.5 h凉开水送服,治疗组在对照组基础上同时加服三拗片,1.0 g/次,3次/d。治疗7 d后,比较两组的临床疗效、咳嗽咳痰情况、中医证候总积分以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为72.88%、89.83%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽、咳痰症状起效时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候总积分均较治疗前显著下降,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组不良反应发生情况比较无统计学意义。结论三拗片联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗急性支气管炎具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of San’ao Tablets combined with Eucalyptol Linonene Pinene Enteric Soft Capsule in treatment of acute bronchitis.Methods Patients （118 cases） with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 59 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with Eucalyptol Linonene Pinene Enteric Soft Capsule, 0.3 g/time, 3 times/d, half an hour before dinner with cold boiled water. On the basis of control group, patients in the treatment group were treated with San’ao Tablets, 1.0 g/time, 3 times/d. After treatment for 7 d, the clinical efficacy, cough and expectoration, traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome total scores, and adverse reaction conditions were compared.Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.88% and 89.83%, respectively, and there were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The onset time of cough and expectoration symptoms in treatment group was significantly earlier than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, total scores of TCM syndrome in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. But there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions. ConclusionSan’ao Tablets combined with Eucalyptol Linonene Pinene Enteric Soft Capsule has good clinical curative effect in treatment of acute bronchitis, which has a certain clinical application value.
