Determination of chlorite,chlorate and perchlorate in water by ion chromatography

摘要 目的建立一种简便快速的梯度淋洗的离子色谱法测定水中亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的方法。方法使用高容量、强亲水性Ion Pac AS19阴离子分析柱,用KOH淋洗液梯度淋洗,流速为1.0 ml/min,用电导检测器检测,经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样200μl。结果该方法能有效分离出亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐与其他离子。亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的浓度为0.015 mg/L^1.0 mg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)>0.999,加标回收率为93.0%~103.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.07%,最低检出限(S/N=3)为5μg/L。结论该方法具有灵敏、准确、快速、操作简单等优点,适用于水样中亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的同时测定。 Objective To establish an analysis method for the determination of chlorite,chlorate and perchlorate in water by gradient elution- ion chromatography. Methods The target analytes were separated using high capacity and strong hydrophilic Ion Pac AS19 anion column,detected with suppressed conductivity detector,and KOH was used as eluent at the flow rate of1. 0 ml / min. To directly inject 200 μl samples through 0. 22 μm micro filtration membrane. Results This method could effectively isolate chlorite,chlorate,perchlorate and other ions. The calibration curve showed good linearity when the concentration of chlorite,chlorate and perchlorate was among the rage of 0. 015 mg / L- 1. 0 mg / L. The correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 999,and the recoveries were among 93. 0%- 103. 5%. The relative standard deviations( RSDs) were ≤3. 07% with the detection limit( S / N = 3) of 5 μg / L. Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,fast,simple and it is suitable for the simultaneous detection of chlorite,chlorate and perchlorate in water.
