续断对兔膝骨性关节炎模型血清中IL-1β和VEGF影响的实验研究 被引量:16

Experimental study of Radix Dipsaci on serum IL-1β and VEGF level in rabbit models of knee osteoarthritis

摘要 目的探讨续断对兔膝骨性关节炎(KOA)模型血清中白介素1β(IL-1β)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法采用分层随机化的方法将动物分为3组,正常组、对照组和续断组各15只。对3组血清IL-1β和VEGF水平进行检测。结果续断组血清IL-1β和VEGF浓度治疗第8周显著低于第4周,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为23.29、14.02,P<0.01);3组两两比较,治疗第4周,续断组血清IL-1β和VEGF水平显著低于对照组,而显著高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而治疗第8周,续断组血清IL-1β和VEGF水平显著低于对照组,而显著高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);续断组血清IL-1β和VEGF水平与续断治疗时间呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.98、0.95,P<0.01)。血清IL-1β与VEGF水平呈显著正相关(r=0.92,P<0.01)。结论续断可降低KOA血清中IL-1β和VEGF水平。 Objective To explore the effect of Radix Dipsaci on serum IL- 1β and VEGF level in rabbit models of knee osteoarthritis( KOA). Methods The animal were divided into 3 groups,the normal group,the control group and the Radix Dipsaci group with stratified randomization,with 15 rabbits in each group. IL- 1β and VEGF were detected in serum in the 3 groups.Results The concentrations of IL- 1β and VEGF in serum were significantly lower in the fourth week than that in the eighth week in Radix Dipsaci group,and the difference had statistical significance( t = 23. 19,14. 02; P〈0. 01). Compared with each other in the 3 groups on the eighth week of treatment,serum IL- 1β and VEGF level in Radix Dipsaci group were significantly lower than the control group,and which was significantly higher than that in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 01). The serum IL- 1β and VEGF level were more significant lower than the control group but higher than the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 01); which was positively correlated with the time of treatment( r = 0. 98,0. 95; P〈0. 01),and the serum IL- 1β level was positively correlated with the serum VEGF level( r = 0. 92,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Radix Dipsaci can reduce the serum IL- 1β and VEGF level in KOA.
