摘要
通过对动臂塔式起重机加载"宁河天津波"地震波,给出了在不同工况下动臂塔式起重机关键节点位移和起重臂、塔身最大应力的动态响应曲线以及其最大值、最小值和振幅,结果表明,起重臂仰角越小,起重臂受地震的影响越大,越易断裂;反之,起重臂仰角越大,整机越容易在起升平面内前后倾覆.因此,在动臂塔式起重机的设计和使用过程中,应根据不同地区的抗震设防烈度等级,考虑地震的影响因素,从而提高塔机的可靠性和安全性.
By adding "Ninghe Tianjin" earthquake wave on luffing jib tower crane, this paper figures out dynamic response curve and the maximum, minimum and amplitudes of displacement of luffing jib tower crane's key node and maximum stress of jib and body in different operating condition. The results show the smaller the jib's elevation is, the more easily the jib is broken and the bigger the jib's elevation is, the more easily the luffing jib tower crane fall down on lifting plane.Therefore, in the process of design and use of luffing jib tower crane, we should consider the impact of earthquake, according to the seismic fortification intensity level in different areas to improve the reliability and safety of luffing jib tower crane.
