稻壳纤维改性磷酸镁水泥基复合材料试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 用稻壳制备混凝土具有自重小、保温性好、耐腐蚀性强等优点,开发稻壳在混凝土的利用为稻壳的处理提供新的途径.利用稻壳和磷酸镁水泥制备稻壳纤维磷酸镁水泥基复合材料,采用乳白胶、硅烷偶联剂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物对复合材料进行改性.测试和分析了复合材料的抗压和抗折强度、密度和导热系数.此外,还对粉煤灰掺入对复合材料的影响进行了研究.实验结果表明:硅烷偶联剂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,以及粉煤灰的掺入均可提高复合材料的力学性能;稻壳纤维磷酸镁水泥混凝土具有良好的保温性能. Rice husk concrete is featured with light weight, better heat preservation and excellent chemical resistance. Researches on preparation of rice husk concrete has widened the application of rice husk. In the present work, rice husk concrete was prepared by mixing rice husk and magnesium phosphate cement. White emulsoid, silane coupling agent and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) were introduced in the composites. Experiments of compressive strength, flexural strength, density and thermal insulation were performed. Moreover, the effect of fly ash on the performance of concrete was analyzed. Results exhibited that the silane coupling agent, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the addition of fly ash improved the mechanical properties of the composites and it has good thermal insulation performance.
