我国知识产权法院诉讼制度革新:评价与展望被引量：13

摘要知识产权诉讼制度革新是决定知识产权法院运行成效的关键和核心所在。我国知识产权法院在案件管辖、技术调查官、裁判执行等方面进行了可贵的改革探索。但是在案件管辖制度的进一步科学化、技术审查意见的采信、民行交叉案件的审理等方面,仍需要深入研究和探索。
