公安司法院校实训教学的规范化建设研究

实训教学是公安司法院校实践教学的重要内容,通过模拟实训使学生掌握公安司法专业的基本技能,改革教学方法的同时突出了公安司法院校的办学特色。在实训教学硬件条件受限的同时,软件条件中诸如管理制度、师资配备、师资能力、内容设计等诸多方面仍存在大量问题,因此更新教学理念,重视实训教学软环境的建设,强化实训教学环节的监督和管理,重视实训教师队伍的建设,使实训教师能有效组织实施实训教学,科学设计实训方案,对提高实训教学质量具有重要意义。

Training teaching is the important conent of police and judicial colleges＇ practical teaching. The simulated training enables students to master the basic skills of the police and judicial major, reform teaching methods and highight the police and judicial colleges＇ characteristics. In addition to the limition of the colleges＇ installment, there are a lot of problems in teaching conditions such as teaching concept, teachers＇ assignment, teachers＇ ability and teaching content design. So it is meaningful to renew teaching concept, pay attention to the construction of practical teaching environment, strengthen the supervision and management of practical teaching link, attach importance to the construction of teachers＇ team, so as to the training teachers can organize and carry out training teaching effectively, design training plan scientifically and improve the quality of training teaching.
