摘要 目的为快速、准确地实现接种率调查按容量比例概率(Probability Proportional to Size,PPS)抽样的样本选定。方法结合浙江省某次接种率调查的抽样策略,借助于统计分析系统(Statistical Analysis System,SAS)软件,进行未分层PPS抽样和分层PPS抽样操作,并介绍SURVEYSELECT过程的程序编写、抽样结果输出和解释。结果 SAS软件的SURVEYSELECT过程可以自由灵活地完成既定PPS抽样任务,同时可以输出抽中单位、抽样概率、抽样权重等重要信息。结论 SAS软件的SURVEYSELECT过程功能强大,可作为接种率调查PPS抽样的快捷辅助工具。 Objective To perform rapidly and accurately probability proportional to size (PPS) sampling in vaccination coverage surveys. Methods Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software was used to con- duct PPS sampling strategy for a vaccination coverage survey in Zhejiang province without and with strati- fication. We introduced the procedure of SURVEYSELECT, and interpreted the output results. Results The SURVEYSELECT procedure completed the established strategy of PPS sampling conveniently and flexibly. Some useful information about selected units, sampling probabilities, and weights were ob- tained. Conclusions The SAS SURVEYSELECT procedure is recommended as an auxiliary tool for PPS sampling in vaccination coverage surveys.
