摘要
小G蛋白能够与鸟苷酸结合促使其下游靶点磷酸化,从而发挥其GTP酶活性。小G蛋白在信号转导、细胞骨架调节、细胞增殖、细胞周期调控、钙稳态调节、内质网应激、自噬等诸多领域发挥着重要的调节作用。本文对小G蛋白在心脏疾病中的作用机制及micro RNA对小G蛋白的调控作用作一综述。
The small G proteins (small GTPase) can be combined with guanylate and promote the phosphorylation of downstream target, displa- ying its GIP enzymatic activity. The small G proteins play an important part in cellular signal transduction, cytoskeleton regulation, cell prolifer- ation, cell cycle regulation, calcium homeostasis, endoplasmic reticulum stress, autophagy and so on. This review made a summary for the regula- tory effect of microRNA and small G proteins.
