摘要
利用湖北省2010—2014年的西瓜定点调查的农户投入产出平衡面板数据,运用非参数的Malmquist指数方法,对湖北省西瓜全要素生产效率变动进行了分解分析,并结合调查情况对变动原因做进一步探讨。结果表明:湖北省西瓜生产全要素生产率(TFP)Malmquist指数在此期间出现波动,全要素生产率的变化主要源于技术进步,而非技术效率。西瓜生产技术进步与效率损失并存,现有农业技术的推广、扩散有效率低,主要与瓜农受教育水平低、老龄化趋势严重、规模偏小等有关;西瓜生产的综合技术效率变化主要来源于规模效率。可以通过提高技术进步水平,加强技术推广与扩散、扩大生产规模等手段来提升湖北省西瓜生产效率水平。
Based on the balanced panel data of watermelon households survey in Hubei Province,this paper analysed the change and decomposition of the total factor productivity(TFP)in Hubei Province during the period of 2010—2014by using Malmquist index approach.It also analysed the reason of change based on the questionnaires.The major conclusions were as follows.Watermelon industry of Hubei Province total factor productivity growth was mainly driven by advances in technology,rather than technical efficiency change.The growth rate of the technical efficiency change of watermelon in Hubei Province was mainly driven by advances in scale efficiency change.Therefore,improving the sci-tech progress and expanding the scale of watermelon were important ways to improve the efficiency of watermelon production of Hubei Province.
