基于SEM的机务维修人员故意违章行为影响因素研究

On the influential factors of deliberate violation against the engineering maintenance rule based on SEM

为了能够解释和预测机务维修人员的故意违章行为,探究故意违章行为的作用机理,以计划行为理论为基础框架,增加个人需要、管理层态度及工作压力因素,并探究影响因素之间的作用关系。对398份机场和航空公司机务维修人员的问卷调查数据进行信度和效度分析,然后利用结构方程模型的方法对假设的因果关系模型进行验证,并得到标准化路径系数。结果表明:感知行为控制、工作压力及个人需要对违章动机的正向影响作用显著;管理层态度和主观规范通过行为态度的中介作用间接影响违章动机;违章动机对违章行为的正向影响作用显著。

This article intends to make a study on the influential factors of the deliberate violation of the engineering maintenance staff based on a software known as the SEM. In this article,we have adopted a theory of regular behavior framework as the starting point,in addition to the study of the working stress,the running or operating attitude as well as their own personal needs as the general variables of the model. In order to explore the working principle and standards of the behavior patterns,we have investigated the likely factors affecting the engineering maintenance staff performance behaviors and their inclinations in terms of willingness to perform their duties faithfully. Based on the empirical analysis experience,we have first of all made a reliability analysis and a validity analysis via a recyclable 398 questionnaire on the maintenance routine for the air-staff members both working on the airports and aviation vehicles. And,then,a hypothetical model has been worked out by using a structural questionnaire. What is more,we have prepared a set of standard behavior coefficients of the model in accordance with the analysis of the above said corresponding results. The results of our investigation have shown that： the self-aware behavior control,the work stress and personal needs may all have noticeable effects on the violation motives,and the corresponding side-way coefficients are 0. 526,0. 129 and0. 157 respectively. As to the management attitude and the selfcontrol norms may also affect the violation motive indirectly through medium effect of behavior attitude. The influence from the subjective norms accounting for the violation is not significant. However,the violation motive may directly contribute to the facts of violation in maintenance whereas the path-over coefficient accounts for 0. 775,which shows the noticeable effects on their violation. Above all,the article has made a quantitative method for the first time in analyzing the deliberate violation behavior of the civil aviation maintenance personnel and worked out the influential factors and patterns among them,which may help to supply some support for reducing the violation liabilities in the maintenance service.
