摘要
分析了小流域设计重现期与暴雨强度的关系,得出暴雨强度是重现期的对数函数。以洛阳暴雨强度公式为例计算不同暴雨重现期雨水管道的流量,以统一的雨水管道造价指标分析了暴雨重现期与工程造价的关系,得出了随重现期的增加,雨水管道流量的增加幅度远大于工程造价增加幅度的结论;从价值工程的角度分析了设计重现期与工程造价的关系,结果表明,在成本小幅提高的同时功能有较大的提高,属于投资型价值提高。以几个具有代表性的城市做了分析比较,发现重现期与工程造价的关系有相同规律。
The relationship between the rainstorm return period and intensity of the small watershed was analyzed. It was observed that the rainstorm intensity was the logarithmic function of the return period. The flow of rainwater pipeline in various rainstorm return periods was calculated by taking the rainstorm intensity of Luoyang as an example. Based on the uniform cost index of rainwater pipeline, the relationship between the rainstorm return period and the project cost was analyzed, and it was concluded that with increasing the return period, the increase of flow in rainwater pipeline was far more than that of the project cost. From the aspect of value engineering, the relationship between the return period and the project cost was analyzed. The function was highly improved based on the small increase of cost, which was a raise of the investment-type value. It was found that the rule between the return period and the project cost was identical among several representative cities.
