摘要
采用循环挂膜法对生物活性炭滤池进行快速启动,并对启动运行中微生物量、生物活性及水质指标的变化情况进行了检测。结果表明,循环挂膜法对生物活性炭滤池的快速启动有显著效果。运行15 d后,异养微生物的平板计数生物量、脱氢酶活性及CODMn去除率均有显著增加,说明微生物群落对碳源的代谢能力在启动期间有显著增强。运行18 d后,对CODMn的去除率即可稳定在20%以上,对NH+4-N的去除率即可稳定在80%左右。运行50 d后,滤池对CODMn及NH+4-N的去除率没有明显变化,说明固着的微生物具有较强的适应能力。
Based on the study of quick start-up of BAC filter by using circulation biofilm formation process, the biomass, the biological activity and the changes of water quality indexes were detected. The results showed that the circulation biofilm formation process had a significant effect on the quick start-up of BAC filter. After operating for 15 days, the plate counts of heterotrophic microorganisms, dehydrogenase activity and the removal rate of CODMn were significantly increased, which meant that the carbon metabolism of microbes during the start-up phase was enhanced effectively. After operating for 18 days, the removal rate of CODMn could be stabilized at above 20% , while the removal rate of NH4+ - N was around 80%. After operating for 50 days, the removal rates of CODMn and NH4+ - N had no obvious change, indicating that fixing microbes had a strong adaptability.
