摘要 DNA分子遗传标记的产生和发展,为从分子水平研究重要经济昆虫提供了全新的技术和手段。仓储害虫在农业经济中占有重要地位,通过对仓储害虫遗传物质的研究和分析,能够从生命的本质上探索仓储害虫的系统发育、遗传结构和进化机制等问题,为害虫综合治理策略提供理论支持。在仓储害虫中,分子标记研究起步较晚,研究的重点主要是鞘翅目和啮虫目害虫。回顾、分析了DNA分子标记技术在仓储害虫中的研究与应用,包括仓储害虫种类鉴定、系统发育、种群遗传多样性及抗药性等,并对该技术的研究前景进行了展望。 DNA molecular genetic markers provided a new technique and method for the research of important economic insects on molecular level. Stored - product pests played an important role in the agricultural economy. The research and analysis on genetic material of stored - product pests had revealed phylogenetic development, genetic structure and evolution mechanism from the essence which could afford a theoretical support for the integrated pest management strategy. The DNA molecular genetic markers had shorter history on applying in stored -product pests. The coleoptera and psocoptera pests were the main research objects in the previous study. In the paper, the current study and application of DNA molecular genetic markers in stored grain insect were summarized, including species i- dentification, phylogenetic relationships, population genetic variation and resistance. Also the application prospects of DNA molecular markers in stored - product pests were discussed in details.
