降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白在新生儿败血症水平测定及价值 被引量:1

Value of procalcitonin and hypersensitive c- reactive protein in diagnosis of neonatal septicemia

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)测定在新生儿败血症诊断中的价值。方法选取河南能源义煤公司总医院收治的68例新生儿败血症患者作为观察组,并将同期出生的健康新生儿68例作为对照组。分别采用免疫荧光法与散射免疫比浊法测定两组血清中的PCT与hs-CRP的含量。结果观察组与对照组相比,PCT与hs-CRP含量均有明显增高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。PCT与hs-CRP两者联合检测的灵敏度、特异性与准确度均高于PCT与hs-CRP的单独检测,各指标间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCT与hs-CRP含量检测均可作为新生儿败血症的临床快速诊断指标,两者联合测定有利于提高检测特异性,增加准确率,有助于新生儿败血症的早期诊断,降低误诊率,有利于临床指导。 Objective To discuss the value of procalcitonin( PCT) and hypersensitive c- reactive protein( hs- CRP)in diagnosis of neonatal septicemia. Methods Totally 68 cases with neonatal septicemia in our hospital were treated as observation group,at the same time,68 cases of healthy newborn were selected as control group. Results Compared with control group,the levels of PCT and hs- CRP of observation group were significantly higher,the differences was significant( P〈0. 05). The joint detection of PCT and hs- CRP had higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy than the separate detection of PCT and hs CRP,the difference of each index was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The level of PCT and hs- CRP was indicator of clinical rapid diagnosis for neonatal septicemia. The combined determination could improve the specificity and accuracy,guide the early diagnosis of neonatal septicemia,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,which was helpful to clinical guidelines.
