牙槽骨小范围缺损引导骨再生术临床效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价引导骨再生技术(GBR)对牙槽骨小范围缺损牙种植的骨增量效果。方法对20例有牙槽骨缺损的患者植入31颗种植体,同期对骨缺损区行GBR术,于缺损部位植入人工骨粉Bio-Oss,覆盖Bio-Gide胶原膜。分别于一期手术拆线后、二期手术前、冠修复后6、12、24个月拍摄CBCT或曲面断层片,评价新成骨厚度、密度及修复后植骨区骨改建情况。结果 1例上前牙唇侧植骨患者冠修复12个月后发生新成骨吸收现象,24个月进一步加重,种植体平台暴露。4例术后创口开裂经处理痊愈。其它病例植骨区骨厚度>1.5mm,新成骨密度接近植骨床,骨高度稳定,成骨效果满意。结论牙槽骨较小范围缺损,单独采用GBR技术可以取得良好骨增量效果。
