化学性眼部烧伤后干眼的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨化学性眼部烧伤后干眼的诊断及治疗. 方法:根据干眼临床诊疗专家共识提出的干眼的诊断标准明确诊断,再根据患者干眼的程度不同选择个性化治疗. 结果:经过治疗所有病例48眼,眼部不适症状均有不同程度的改善,1个月时治愈22眼,治愈率45. 83%,3个月时治愈34眼,治愈率70. 83%,半年时治愈41眼,治愈率85. 42%. 结论:化学性眼部烧伤后早期进行干眼的诊断及治疗,可以减轻患者痛苦,提高治愈率. To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye after chemical eye burn. Methods:According to the pro-posed diagnostic criteria by the dry eye clinical diagnosis and treatment expert consensus, we made a definite diagnosis. According to the different degree of the patients with dry eye, the patients were given personalized treatment. Results:After the treatment in all cases 48 eyes, ocular discomfort symptoms were improved in different degree. After 1 months, 22 eyes were cured and the cure rate was 45. 83%. After 3 months, 34 eyes were cured and the cure rate was 70. 83%. After the half of the year, 41 eyes were cured and the cure rate was 85. 42%. Conclusion:After chemical eye burn, the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye early would reduce the suffering of patients and im-prove the cure rate.
