奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗双相躁狂的临床研究

摘要 目的：探讨奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗双相躁狂的临床疗效及不良反应. 方法：选取本院符合CCMD-3双相躁狂患者共80例,随机分为奥氮平联合碳酸锂为联合组（40例）,奥氮平单一应用为单药组（40例）,治疗8周后采用Beck-Refaelse躁狂量表（BRMS）、不良反应量表（TESS）评定药物疗效及不良反应. 结果： 2 组间BRMS均有统计学差异,P〈0. 05. 而不良反应TESS方面无统计学差异,P〉0. 05. 结论：奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗双相躁狂起效快、疗效确切,不良反应小,值得在临床广泛推广应用.
