摘要
目的探讨建立公立医院外科医生临床技能考核指标体系及考核评价标准。方法应用德尔菲法、层次分析法构建公立医院外科医生临床技能考核指标体系,并根据模糊综合评价理论量化考核标准。结果构建了由临床基础能力、临床操作技能、基本理论水平3个的一级指标、11个二级指标和43个考核内容所组成的外科医生临床技能考核指标体系,并将考核指标量化为考核分数。结论建立公立医院外科医生临床技能考核指标体系,为公立医院评定职称和选拔优秀人才提供了客观标准,对公立医院的外科发展起到了一定的促进作用。
Objective To explore assessment index system and evaluation standards for the surgeons clinical skills of the public hospital. Methods Applying Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to construct evaluation index system of public hospital surgeon simulator’s clinical skills. And according to the theory of fuzzy comprehensive theory,quantitative evaluation criteria were evaluated. Results 3 first-level indicators,including basic clinical skills,clinical operational skills,basic theory ability,11 secondary indicators and clinical skills evaluation index system composed of43 assessment content items are constructed. Quantify assessment index are quantified into evaluation scores. Conclusion Index system of public hospitals surgeons’ clinical skills examination is constructed to provide objective standard for public hospital conferring academic titles and excellent talents. It plays a certain role in promoting public hospital surgical development.
