基于SF-MPQ评价物理因子配合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效 被引量:9

摘要 目的:运用SF-MPQ(Short-form of Mc Gill pain questionnaire)量表评价物理因子(微波、牵引)配合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的93例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(31例)、对照1组(32例)和对照2组(30例)。治疗组采用物理因子配合电针治疗,对照1组采用电针治疗,对照2组采用物理因子治疗。观察3组临床疗效以及SF-MPQ各项积分变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.77%,优于对照1组(68.75%,P<0.05)、对照2组(60.00%,P<0.05);治疗后,与对照1组、对照2组比较,治疗组SF-MPQ各项积分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:物理因子配合电针治疗可以明显改善神经根型颈椎病患者的症状、体征,各治疗方法间相辅相成,可显著提高疗效,是治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To evaluate the clinically therapeutic effect of physical factors( traction,microwave) and electro- acupuncture for the treatment of cervical spondylosis with nerve- root type based on SF- MPQ scale.Methods: 93 cases of cervical spondylosis with nerve- root type were randomly divided into three groups,a treatment group( 31 cases),a control group 1( 32 cases) and a control group 2( 30 cases). The treatment group was treated by physical factors combined with electro- acupuncture,while the control group 1 was treated by electro- acupuncture,and the control group 2 was treated by physical factors. The clinical efficacy and the integral changes of SF- MPQ in three groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96. 77%,which was better than that of the control group 1( 68. 75%,P〈0. 05) and the control group 2( 60. 00%,P〈0. 05). After the treatment,the integral changes of SF- MPQ were statistically significant in the treatment group compared with those in the control group 1 and control group 2( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Physical factors combined with electro- acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve- root type. Among the various treatments,they have a synergistic effect and can significantly improve the efficacy. It is an effective method for treating cervical spondylosis with nerve- root type which is worthy of clinical application.
