摘要 探讨黄芪多糖不同活性组分对鸡脾脏淋巴细胞功能的影响。首先采用MTT法测定APSt和APS40、APS60、APS80、APS90黄芪多糖活性组分对鸡脾脏淋巴细胞的安全浓度,然后,分别用MTT法和ELISA法检测黄芪多糖活性组分对健康和免疫抑制鸡脾脏淋巴细胞增殖和分泌IL-2的影响。结果表明,各黄芪多糖活性组分均具有一定的促进淋巴细胞增殖和IL-2分泌的作用,且有一定的浓度依赖性,综合比较,各黄芪多糖活性组分对鸡脾脏淋巴细胞的作用顺序为:APS80>APSt>APS90>APS60>APS40。结论,APS80提高鸡脾脏淋巴细胞功能的作用最强,可作为进一步研制成免疫增强剂的候选药物。 In this study,we investigated the effects of APS ingredient on chicken splenic lymphocyte function. First,the safe concentration of APSt and APS ingredients on splenic lymphocyte were analyzed by the method of MTT. Then,compared with APSt,splenic lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 secretion were examined using the method of MTT and ELISA respectively.The results showed that four APS ingredients and APSt could all improve splenic lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 secretion,and this effect had compact relation to the concentration of polysaccharides. By comprehensive comparison,the order of enhancing splenic lymphocyte function was APS80?APSt?APS90?APS60?APS40. It is concluded that,APS80 is the best on increasing splenic lymphocyte function and might be used as a immunopotentiator.
